No. The stones are cubic zirconia, a sparkling lab-made crystal. That's how a piece this size stays affordable.
What is it made of?
Copper with gold-tone and silver-tone plating, set with cubic zirconia and finished with red enamel. It is not solid gold and the stones are not diamonds.
Will it tarnish? How do I care for it?
Take it off before showering, swimming or working out, keep it away from perfume and cleaning sprays, and wipe it with a soft cloth. Store it on its own so the stones don't scratch other jewelry.
